Roof tents and tent boxes are arriving at the campsite when the booking is for an unallocated tent. Please  note that occupied vans must be booked into van bays and these are separate from tenting area. Roof tents and tent boxes cannot be booked as unallocated tents and must be booked on a small van bay with or without EHU but only if they sit on the vehicle without requiring the vehicle to be sideways on the bay. All this is explained on our Booking page where we also note that your booking must be appropriate and a booking for the wrong pitch type is not valid. Look at the images and note that we cannot accept a set-up which has elements both side of a vehicle as these require the van being parked sideways on our bays which we do not allow. If you come with this sort of tent box we have to turn you away.
